1.    Toon, Spiritual Squirrel - In the Beginning

This show tells how Toon became Spiritual Squirrel and reveals how the love of Jesus parallels the love of this squirrel, and how one carries Jesus in their heart wherever they go.

2.    The Cross Tree

This show introduces Charlie and Charlotte Chipmunk and reveals the lure of worldly things, and the inevitable dangers that await ones that wander from the safety of Jesus (the cross tree) and His Family.  Charlie is injured by Demon Owl when he is lured away from the “Cross Tree”, but is nursed back to health physically by Charlotte and spiritually by Toon.

3.    The Gift

This show reveals how Satan has an imitation of everything that is good and how he can put scales over our eyes to make us think that we can’t have eternal life through Christ Jesus.  This is a story within a story, with Toon telling a story of a chipmunk giving another a gift, but when the recipient of the gift does bad things or does things that don’t measure up to the giver’s expectations, the gift is taken away.  Then when the recipient is good, the gift is given back again.  This show helps the viewers to understand the truth of Jesus’ love for us and His promise of eternal salvation and eternal security.  This show introduces Carlos, “The meanest crab in all of Meckheco and all the oceans of the world!”,  who finds great satisfaction in inflicting pain and misery upon others.  This show and “The Scars” are favorites because they call out to the hearts of the unsaved and the ones that think that they are saved, by the showing of Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice for all of us.

4.    The Thief

This show introduces a new “kid” that comes to Chatter Valley named Bandit the Raccoon.  He steals things from everyone and then lies about it, but his own sin finds him out.  Then, Toon shows Bandit the sins in his life and how Jesus can take away his sins and make him a “new creature” through Jesus’ forgiveness.  Bandit feels the presence of the Lord in his heart and by becoming a new creature, he also gets a new name!

5.    The Scars

This show begins by revealing how the actions of one affects the lives and hearts of others that live thousands of miles away from each other.  This mini-story introduces Peepers, who is a member of the “Cloaked Clan Squirrel Mafia”.  This is a play out of the Columbine shootings.  (Peepers is just playing the part of a “bad guy”, because in reality he is the one that picks “the quietest boy and the quietest girl in the audience” during the show and hands out candy!)

The second part and main body of the show introduces squirrels Baby Toose, Miracle and Griz’.  Baby Toose is new to Chatter Valley and she is ridiculed and pushed into isolation by the other squirrels and two chipmunks because of her scars and their rumors about her even though only one squirrel has met her so far.  This show says a lot about how much damage the “evil member”, the tongue, can do!!!!!  With Toon’s patience and the revealing of his own secret imperfections, he and Baby Toose confront “the wagging tongues” and show them of their own short-comings.  As the squirrels and two chipmunks are feeling bad about their gossip and reflecting upon their own short-comings, Jesus appears in their midst and what He tells them will bring tears to your eyes.

6.    A Mother’s Love

This two part story reveals the parallels of a mother’s love and sacrifice for her baby, and Jesus’ love and sacrifice for His children.  This show introduces Kanga and Roo.  Roo, a joey kangaroo, disobeys his mother’s (Kanga) instructions and gets hotly pursued by a killer pack of hyenas.  The second part shows how a young squirrel “Rocket” disobeys his mother (played by newcomer “Molly”), sneaks from the safety of the nest and is being closely watched by Demon Serpent!

7.    The Liar

Young squirrel, “Rocket”, is bored when the summer heat slows everything down in Chatter Valley.  A quick story (lie) or two livens things up in a hurry with Toon and the other squirrels.  Rocket’s inability to tell the truth becomes well known, and no one believes him when he tries to convince everyone that Charlotte Chipmunk is in grave danger.  Toon helps Rocket see that Rocket’s lying puts him in company with the “Master of All Liars”, Satan.

      The Giver

This is the second part of “The Liar”.  With Toon’s leadership, Rocket sees the errors of his ways and asks Jesus into his heart to be his personal Lord and Savior.  As with all “baby Christians”, Rocket asks, “Now what do I do, Toon?”  Toon advises that Rocket should follow Jesus in baptism, which he gladly does, since Rocket’s greatest desire is to try to be like Jesus.  After baptism, Rocket asks, “Now what do I do, Toon?”  Toon advises that Rocket should get by himself, by climbing a high tree, and pray for the Lord to direct him in his life and ask the Lord what His will in Rocket’s life is.  Upon returning from his “prayer loft”, Toon asks Rocket if the Lord placed a burden or message on his heart.  Rocket replies, “Give, give!”.  As Rocket tries to give everything he has to others, he is still urged, “Give, give!”.  Then Rocket returns to Toon and says, “I’ve given all that I have, but the Lord still is putting on my heart, “Give, give!”!  Then Toon asked, “Rocket, have you thought that the Lord might want you to give of yourself?”.  Then Rocket asked, “But, how do I give of myself?”  The story then follows The Great Commission, whereas Rocket goes on a mission of asking young and old, “Have you ever asked Jesus Christ into your heart to be your personal Lord and Savior?”  “Just,.....Yes....or....No!  Nothing else,......just.....Yes....or....No!”.

      The Sower

This is the last part of “The Liar”.  In “The Giver”, the children are challenged to a contest by gluing 10 corn seeds that are handed out in a bag of candy on a piece of paper.  Then they are told to ask at least 10 people in the coming week, “Have you ever asked Jesus Christ into your heart to be your personal Lord and Savior?”  “Just,.....Yes....or....No!  Nothing else,......just.....Yes....or....No!”.  They are then to write down below the corn seed the name of the person that they asked.  The girl and boy with the most seeds sown by the next Sunday each win a prize.
